Introduction to the Cycle
The second week of the introductory cycle does not see significant changes in terms of the metabolic environments worked on, but it still focuses on maintaining a substantial volume to support the long outdoor season ahead.
In this week, it is important to complete the prescribed volume of work, considering the relative intensities of each exercise, with the flexibility to interpret the sessions more calmly if necessary in order to achieve the total workload.
