Day 04
Warm-Up and Activation
It’s difficult to plan this week in advance, which is why we recommend getting in touch with your coach through the form you’ll find at the bottom of this page.
That said, on this day, following a high-intensity session to assess the current form the day before, it is advised to carry out a warm-up aimed primarily at light activation and extensive mobility work—both dynamic and static—focusing on a sense of calm and readiness in view of the second competition weekend.
Day 05
Travel day
During the travel day, try to maintain comfortable postures, especially if spending long periods seated in cars, trains, or planes. Aim to do a bit of mobility and stretching—passive as well—on the floor once you arrive at your destination.
It would be ideal to visit the venue that will host the competition to familiarise yourself with the space, logistics, and event schedule.
