Our online coaching program is designed to meet three key needs:
- Structured guidance: Many athletes around the world train without a clear technical program. This program provides precise guidance to achieve seasonal goals and improve preparation for key competitions.

Disciplines covered
The training program focuses on short sprints, covering 60 meters, 100 meters, and 200 meters. Athletes will follow specialized training blocks aimed at improving acceleration, speed endurance, and overall sprinting mechanics, tailored to meet the specific needs of sprinters at various levels.
Program Cost
The cost of the program is €59, with renewal every 4 weeks. An active membership provides the following benefits:

Program structure
Our program follows an annual plan, divided into two major competitive cycles: one for the indoor season and one for the outdoor season.

Each cycle consists of six mesocycles:
- 00ADAP: Adaptation phase
- 01INTRO: Introductory phase
- 02FUND: Fundamental phase
- 03INTE: Intensive phase
- 04SPEC: Special phase
- 05COMP: Competitive phase
The program follows a 2+1 model: two weeks of training followed by one recovery week, allowing for performance testing and smooth transitions between cycles.
Microcycle structure
The microcycle generally includes five training days per week. The structure is flexible, allowing sessions to be adapted to daily life while maintaining their order.
The most important sessions are scheduled at the beginning of the week to ensure the key components are always performed. In general, the plan includes three days of track work and two days of strength training in the gym.


Tools used
Scirocco TF focuses on simplicity. There is absolutely no need to spend money in fancy equipment. The required tools are common and easy to find:
- Hurdles
- Starting blocks
- Medicine balls
- Barbells and plates for strength training
This minimalist approach allows the program to be adapted for a wide range of athletes, no matter where they are in the world.
Who can join the program?
The program is open to all athletes aged 16 and older. Each participant will receive specific training targets depending on their level and predominant metabolic system as shown in the table.

Additionally, one-on-one sessions, both online and in person, can be organized to further enhance the results achieved through the program.
