This training plan requires dedication and strong willpower. The main relevance is given to the development of a strong and functional structure. A lot of attention is given to all biomechanical patterns involved in sprinting and hurdling.

It is based on more than a decade of experience in professional training and the influences received from the proximity of multiple Olympic medal-winning coaches encountered during the last decade across Europe, Asia and America.

The plan is designed to support the technical and biological development of the athlete. It is indicated for all athletes involved in studying or demanding work duties struggling to find time to train given the flexibility of the schedule.

It includes track and strength sessions.

Program duration:
The program is sent on a monthly basis and includes 6 training sessions per week including track and strength workouts.

Program renewal:
The payment for the program renewal falls on day 26th of each month.

Program delivery and methods:
Programs will be shared confidentially through Final Surge for easy editing and fluent exchange of information between athlete and coach. The athlete is required to fill in the program with training results and personal notes (timings, weights lifted, RPE, mood, etc.)

Additional monitoring:
Thanks to Polar and Garmin technologies, a highly detailed training report can be additionally shared to have a more in-depth valuation of the load for each session and improvements along with the program. It is necessary to possess a Polar or Garmin sensor. Here is an example of a training report.

Coach Assistance:
Coaches will provide daily assistance through Final Surge, Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 5 PM (Central Europe Time). Assistance will only happen through Final Surge (No WhatsApp or other instant messaging services or phone calls).

Competition:
No assistance will be provided to completion taking place on weekends or holidays.

Vacation and holidays:
The full month of September is considered a holiday in Scirocco TF. Training programs will be sent out but no assistance will be provided.

Confidentiality:
Training programs are highly personal. Sharing and reselling to third parties is strictly prohibited.

    I found all what I wanted with this program, I tried doing that with Coach Alessandro in 2017 and I ended it with a big PB, now we are doing it for more than 5 months and we just got an amazing indoor PB.
    The best things are:
    1- Program suits you 100% with your weakness and your skills.
    2- Putting the sessions flexible with equipments you have in track and gym, and reschedule with the holidays and urgent changes.
    3- Putting everything clear with videos if you don’t understand the exercise.
    4- Always caring about your opinion and the athlete mental state.

      Thanks for your kind words, Serena. Your 2020 season has been one of the toughest and at the same time most rewarding I have ever lived as a coach. With an athlete of your calibre, the main goal was to take you back to the track life with a positive spirit and attitude despite the physical issues encountered along the path.

      Your smile after the lactate session at the Olympic Center in Formia, Italy, is for me one of the brightest memories of the season. We just go for more!

    PuntualitĂ , semplicitĂ , precisione.

    Mi alleno con Alessandro e il suo team da circa 2 mesi, all’inizio ero diffidente nei confronti del coaching a distanza, ma son bastati pochi giorni per capire e ambientarmi nella piattaforma dove fornisce i suoi programmi di allenamento.

    Dal punto di vista organizzativo mi sono subito sentito al centro, ho ricevuto i miei programmi di allenamento dettagliati (nulla è lasciato al caso) e con anticipo, un dettaglio importante per chi ha l’esigenza di conciliare allenamento/lavoro/studio senza troppo stress.

    I programmi sono flessibili: mi è capitato diverse volte di dover spostare gli allenamenti e Alessandro mi ha aiutato a recuperare e sistemare i giorni di allenamento.

    Sotto il punto di vista tecnico cercavo una figura in grado di aiutarmi a migliorare la mia tecnica di corsa e i miei punti deboli: le sue analisi video dettagliatissime e la sua programmazione mi hanno aiutato molto a capire e migliorare ciò che non andava nel mio modo di correre.

    Oggi riesco a raggiungere velocitĂ  maggiori con un minor dispendio, fondamentale per un 400metrista.

    Ci aspettano molte sedute di allenamento sfidanti (il bello è anche godersi il percorso) e molti PB!

      La diffidenza Ă© piĂą che legittima Domenico, stiamo creando assieme qualcosa di nuovo, difficile da concepire. Ma reale.

      Sappiamo quanto sia difficle far quadrare studio, lavoro e allenamento. Lo abbiamo vissuto noi in primo luogo e per questo cerchiamo di offrire la soluzione piĂą modulabile possibile. Avere moduli chiari Ă© la chiave della buona programmazione, e quando a seguirla c’Ă© un’atleta disciplinato come te… tutto Ă© piĂą semplice ed efficace.

      La tua voglia di eccellere Ă© stato un motore per tutto lo staff tecnico. Ti vogliamo vedere volare presto, leggero. Corpo e mente.

    Devo ringraziare Scirocco TF per avermi dato la possibilitĂ  di allenarmi come un professionista e con i professionisti. Per aver alimentato quell’enorme “fame” che stavo accumulando da troppo tempo senza sfogo. Per avermi portato un po’ piĂą nel mondo degli “adulti”, in appena un anno. Un’anno di cambiamenti drastici, di transizione, di lancio o quello che vogliamo. Un anno fantastico.

    E ora ad un anno ancora piĂą grande!
