Scirocco TF offers tools to connect those seeking athletic training with Alessandro Vigo and his coaching services. Scirocco TF is not responsible or liable in any manner for the performance or conduct of any users or other third parties online or offline. Scirocco TF makes no representations or warranties about the quality of the services provided by any user or about your interactions or dealings with other users except as expressly stated on Scirocco TF Services.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Scirocco TF and its licensors.
Personal Image Rights
When accepting our Terms and Condition, you provide full freedom of use of any image, video, or other content taken or recorded during the Service provided by Scirocco TF and its licensors including the ones where your person and identity can be recognised. This also applies to minors and persons represented by third parties.

Termination

Medical Screening
Scirocco TF does not screen users or conduct any kind of identity or background checks. You should exercise caution and perform your own screening before connecting and exercising. Scirocco TF hereby expressly disclaims, and you hereby expressly release Scirocco TF from, any and all liability whatsoever for any controversies, claims, suits, injuries, loss, harm or damages arising from or related to Scirocco TF Services or your interactions or dealings with other users, including any acts or omissions of users online or offline. All use of our Services is at your sole and exclusive risk.
Returns and Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with a Scirocco TF, please contact us at hello@alessandrovigo.com within one (1) day of the date you completed your first coaching session and Scirocco TF will provide you with a refund of the purchase price VAT exclude for that coaching session (unless otherwise specified during a promotion or special offer). If you do not comply with the terms of this section, you will be ineligible to receive a refund. Any training sessions left incomplete after 30 days from the purchase date will be eligible for a merchant credit but ineligible for a refund.
Copyright and Limited License
Unless otherwise indicated in writing by Scirocco TF, Services and all content and other materials on Services, including the Scirocco TF logo and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, software, sound files, other files and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, the “Service Materials”) are the proprietary property of Scirocco TF.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. Your use of our Services is at your sole risk. Also, Scirocco TF does not represent or warrant that Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
